The College of Biological Sciences UCDNA Sequencing Facility is a core facility committed to providing quality sequencing and service to all University of California campus research facilities. Our reputation as a high quality service facility and our dedication to assisting in the pursuit of research has enabled us to extend our services beyond academic institutions to include research institutions collaborating with universities as well as private companies.
We are located on the main UC Davis campus in 0208 Storer Hall. Please note our NEW HOURS of operation are
Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm, excluding holidays.
Current turn-around time is 1-2 business days.
With over 35 years combined experience, we pride ourselves in giving our customers exceptional customer service and accurate results with the quickest turn around time possible. Our prices are extremely competitive starting at $5.50/reaction with discounts for larger orders. Please note there is an additional service charge for non-UC customers. *Please be advised that the earlier in the morning you drop your samples off, the faster you will receive your results. Also note that samples dropped off at VM3B by mid-morning should arrive at the UCDNA Sequencing Faciliity in time to be processed that day. Orders dropped off at VM3B after mid-morning and samples dropped off at UCDMC will typically have a 1-day delay.
We would like to thank Vet Med Central Services (VMCS) on the main UC Davis campus for their help in making these pick-up services possible! They offer daily delivery of supplies to labs on the main campus and to UCDMC so contact them for all of your research needs.
